You could look at actors being fit in a few ways where Hollywood is concerned. First, they can be the type of person to naturally keep themselves in shape, working on their physique regularly. Or, they could be the type to get in shape for a specific role.
Dwayne Johnson
There’s no better place to start when talking about Hollywood’s fittest actors than with Dwyane Johnson, also known as The Rock. Johnson, 50, used to be quite out of shape in his younger years. But, as everyone reading this will know, Johnson made his name as The Rock in WWE before becoming one of the world’s most prominent actors.
What’s also great about Johnson is how he connects with fans, especially on social media. He’s the type of megastar who can always be seen in Sin City’s top casinos, even though he can find his favourite Vegas games online because he enjoys that interaction with fans.
Chris Hemsworth
Chris Hemsworth, 38, is a world-famous actor out of Australia. And while he likes to keep himself in shape, he’s also renowned for going hell for leather for his role as Thor. What Hemsworth achieved in the gym attracted worldwide attention, as he moulded a perfectly sculpted physique for his debut as the warrior in 2011.
You could also say that being so effective as Thor propelled Hemsworth to stardom and made him a Hollywood name. He’s since starred in movies such as The Cabin in the Woods and Ghostbusters.
Jason Momoa
Jason Mamoa is a Hollywood actor who people may know for different reasons. The forty-two-year-old played Khal Drogo in the hit HBO TV show Game of Thrones. And he is, of course, Aquaman. But, while Mamoa is an excellent actor, it could be argued that his physique has been integral in picking up roles over the years.
Mamoa doesn’t only have an incredible physique that is perfectly sculpted. He stands at an impressive 6’4. And when you look at the parts he has played over the years, these attributes have really been brought to the fore when playing characters such as Drogo and Aquaman.

Jason Statham, 54, is one of the top actors to come out of the UK. And he’s appeared in some box office hits, including The Italian Job and Fast and Furious. But, again, akin to the other name we’ve listed, Statham isn’t only a great actor, he’s renowned for his physique and being a big hit with the ladies.
And Statham works at his physique. It isn’t a fluke that he looks as good as he does. And, you could also argue he’s turned staying in shape into a lifestyle. He used to train in combat sports in his younger days, and he reportedly still enjoys pushing himself by continuing to enjoy things such as wakeboarding and rock climbing. It’s why he continues to get leading roles in top films.
